Hi! Looking for a legacy inlet temp sensor on 13 yr old Gene Cafe. It seems they've changed it and now you need new mother board and new sensor. Any ideas where I can find compatibile old one? Mark

I can't see the video either, so...

Here is a vid of me at my daughter's house (she is filming) roasting some Yirgacheffe in a cast iron skillet. Little bit higher than medium heat, we pulled them out at the beginning of the second crack.

At home my pan roasting uses a Dutch oven of the same diameter (fewer escapees, LOL).
