What's in your cup?
GaryatGala
With one finger typing and the other hand.....holding a cup n drinking (what were you thinking??) a flat white with a blend of Brazilian (no, not that kind of brazilian... sheesh), costa rican la pala, indian elephant hills and ethiopian sidamo roasted on the KKTO, post blended, rested for 5 days, ground on a Compak K3 and brewed thru the Miss Silvia.

Lovely smooth caramel and chocolate notes cut through the milk. No sugar required, sweet enough.

Latte art: rosetta.

Thermos filled with triple americano. Preheated with steam wand.
Local commercial roasters espresso blend, 10 days post roast.
3 doubles on Cimbali: 17g in and around 36 g out for each @28ish sec. Blended with 15 oz water (3x5oz).
Mellow and yummy for a rainy spring day in Ohio.
Can't wait to start blending my own again.

Cheers,
David
