Eth Nat Yirg Idido roasted yesterday. I dropped some off at a friends coffee shop. In a few days he will brew it and tell me what he thinks. We believe my roasts are better than what we buy.

They seem to be after the shoutbox. They have been removed. I don't see anything in the forums.

My first roast.. I cant tell the doneness of this Ethiopian bean. Can someone help me out? I think it may be a city roast, but not sure.

Thanks!

Okay, cool! Yes the first crack finished. This was roaster a while after the first crack. I was trying to go just to second crack, but it didn't come, and I was afraid of burning. So does this look like a light roast? I know it's not dark, but it may be a medium..? no idea...

If no hue of shine on beans, i.e. their surface is matte, then it's a medium roast.
If cinnamon, then is a light roast.
