Can someone help me for using forced propane burner as my heating element. I rather want to use lpg than electric. Do you think it would work

Roasted coffee changing

I am intrigued with my coffee getting darker after a few days from roast. It seems the coffee underneath gets darker than the beans on top.

The oils are probably seeping out. I've had this occur in a uniform fashion.
It's bad luck to be superstitious
