Hello everyone,

New member signing in. I've been roasting since this spring on a modified popcorn popper whenever it's been working. Fan control, heat control, thermocouples, PID, the most common stuff. Recently I decided I'm bored with roasting electronics, so I've ordered the CR3 board and will be roasting more beans from now on. My favorite origins are Sumatra and Ethiopia, but so far I'm only roasting Costa Rica until I get a feel for what I'm doing. Mostly interested in light to medium roasting because I'm not into espresso.
