Eth Nat Yirg Idido roasted yesterday. I dropped some off at a friends coffee shop. In a few days he will brew it and tell me what he thinks. We believe my roasts are better than what we buy.

They seem to be after the shoutbox. They have been removed. I don't see anything in the forums.

Budget of $1000-1500... Recommend me a roaster!
grantsanders
I'm looking to get a smallish roaster, preferably electric, that I could use to roast coffee for myself and friends. Roasting multiple batches back to back doesn't give me any issues. I've been eyeing the Quest M3S and the Hottop newest model. I would prefer a roaster that can connect to Artisan, and can do small enough batch sizes that I would really be able to learn how development works (I'm a roaster in training, and I have dreams of starting my own roaster someday, so I'm considering this as more of an investment)

So what would you all recommend? I think I'm leaning towards the Quest at the moment. I considered a Bullet for a second, but $2600 is way too steep for me at the moment.
Any recommendations would be super helpful!
