Hello Home roasters,

I have been lurking here for the past few months reading everything I can about my new favorite hobby. My wife and I love Coffee and home roasting seemed like a very interesting new skill to try. This very informative forum has inspired me to build my own fluid Bed roaster. Thank You all for your vast knowledge.

I am from the Central Valley area of California (Farming region) and I am a retired Poultry Farmer. If you have eaten Chicken from any Whole Foods in California, chances are high you have eaten Chicken from my ranch!

My first roaster is complete and after a few roasts, I have tons of questions/problems that I will post in the appropriate forum section.
