Has anyone used a Leister hot air blower to roast coffee and if so, which model did you use? What was your experience like?

DIY Coating Pan for chocolate coated coffee beans
greencardigan
I enjoy eating chocolate coated coffee beans and was considering making some myself by simply dipping beans into melted chocolate. But I've decided it would be too messy and time consuming.

I've since found the 'Comfit Coating Pan' video below and think it would be an interesting DIY project to build. I'm tempted to try building a coating pan similar to the one in the first video below.

I think it's a great project idea. I had similar plans except I was going to make it as a kitchen aid mixer attachment. I let the "kit" go in my last move.

Imagine chocolate coated beans that aren't over-roasted!

Good Luck.
