Can someone help me for using forced propane burner as my heating element. I rather want to use lpg than electric. Do you think it would work

Hello from Minnesota
Unhurdof
Hi All,

Lots of great info here!

I have been roasting for about 6 months. I started with a popcorn popper but got tired of the relative inflexibility roast control and the small batch sizes. So I recently upgraded to a bread maker heat gun roaster (I posted a build in that forum).

I usually buy from Sweet Maria's, mostly African and Asian coffees.

I recently visited Vietnam, and the coffee there is unlike anything else I've tasted. I guess its "butter roasted" (they add oil or butter to the coffee while roasting). I think its delicious. I'm eventually going to try to reproduce that style of coffee at home.
