Hi! Looking for a legacy inlet temp sensor on 13 yr old Gene Cafe. It seems they've changed it and now you need new mother board and new sensor. Any ideas where I can find compatibile old one? Mark

Howdy from the mountains of New Mexico
Hi all,
Thanks for providing such a great community! I'm new to coffee roasting but hope to one day grow, process, and roast my own cup of coffee. I've got 8 coffee trees and hoping to get some cherries this year (grown at over 7000'!). In preparation, I'm planning to build my own fluid bed air roaster and learn the art and science of roasting (planning stages here: I'm hoping to learn a lot and do what I can to contribute to the cause of good coffee!
Welcome to Homeroasters!

Having some coffee plants growing sounds like a lot of fun. I hope you will keep us updated on the progress!

You will find a lot of information on your roaster build too.

Have fun!

KKTO Roaster.

thanks for taking time to say hello...

8 trees, way cool. I am a short way from you at about 6800 and have not had great success with my trees.

Thanks for the warm welcome! After over 5 years of growing them, under less than ideal conditions I assure you, I have my first little white flower and I'm just so excited. It is a fair bit farther to go to reach a useable amount but at least there is finally some progress.
