Hi! Looking for a legacy inlet temp sensor on 13 yr old Gene Cafe. It seems they've changed it and now you need new mother board and new sensor. Any ideas where I can find compatibile old one? Mark

ok i undestood. Whats the time point of caramel, 1 min like yours or should last longer?
Drying phase should always be 5 min or could be less?

You should try and see how it turns out tastewise. Yellow to 5 min and for caramel you'll have to have a look when this happens on your Gene. With mine it's mostly 1 min later but that's not a hard fact.

Rushing this phase can damage the beans so if your time from yellow to caramel is 15 seconds and your beans look black then it's too quick. If you hit yellow in 5 minutes and first crack around 11 minutes everything is alright.

ok, i'll test it. Usually i go from yeallow to braun in 1,5 min.
