If you have a rotating bowl you will require a static blade to stir
The easiest way to make a bowl spin , that can also be removed as needed is to have a ring gear around the circumference of the bowl and a small gear to drive it

Many kitchen food mixers have this design and all cars have this design to start the car ( ring gear on he fly wheel with a small gear on the starter motor )

The configuration can be internal or external - both work the same
