Morning Ed, I haven't done any green coffee hoarding yet but am hoping the supplies don't end up like the toilet paper isles!

Mounting a pressure gauge to aeropress - how dooable?

I was playing around with a brikka lately, and I started wondering about how I can hack something together to make espresso that is closer to, you know, actual espresso. (aside from buying a high priced machine)

so the thought comes to mind, why can't I use an aeropress?

then I came across this:

I'd like to take this one step further: adding a pressure gauge to be better able to pull at the right pressure.

So threading in a brass fitting into the side of a plastic tube will never hold.

Can anyone think of another solution to mount the guage or otherwise read the pressure?
