I rarely purchase roasted coffee. I just ordered 4 bags from Mountain Air Roaster.

John,

I'm "up the street" in Columbus, and there are several others in Ohio (Clifford, others... holla' back!). The month before I got started, there was a HUGS get together near Cambridge, OH.

WELCOME!

I'm nearby in Milford and I think there are several other home roasters in the general area. Feel free to pm/email me.

I'm in Montgomery. I've been roasting my own for about a year and enjoy the results. Still think it could get better though.

I've been buying beans from Theta Ridge because they are near by and have very good service. I'm going to need to buy again soon and wanted to know what others think. What are your resources?

Hey John,

What does Theta Ridge charge? I had asked at Boston Stoker, but they are basically unwilling ... wanted the same as the roasted bean price. No thanks.

I use Sweet Marias a lot for a number of reasons:
1. price is decent
2. great customer service
3. wonderful write-ups
4. large selection
5. though I have never met Tom, my impression is that he is very particular about the beans he offers.

(I am about 1/2 hour away from SM right now, but sitting at the airport with no time to go visit. Sadly.)

I use other sources from time to time as well. And, Green Coffee Buying Club is a great resource!
