Morning Ed, I haven't done any green coffee hoarding yet but am hoping the supplies don't end up like the toilet paper isles!

Do any of you get Roast Magazine
ahedges
I want sure if this was the right forum or not so i apologize if it needed to go somewhere else.

Do any of you get Roast Magazine? I know this is a homeroast site but was wondering if the articles had good info that would be applied to roasting in general.

DavidG
Yes, I get Roast, and love it. The articles are fascinating and informative. I would say that most every article is helpful or interesting to a homeroaster, except, for example, the article on how to buy coffee futures.

I'll bet they'll send you a sample copy just for asking. They also have a website that has most articles on it, I believe.

I think I have an issue around somewhere. Were there articles? All I remember were ads.

Roaster: CoffeeAir II 2# DIY air roaster
Grinder: Vintage Grindmaster 500
Brewers: Vintage Cory DCU DCL, Aeropress, Press, Osaka Titanium pourover

I get it and am moderately satisfied with it. I enjoy the articles about roasting chemistry, but CHAD's observation about the ads is spot on.

One thing I will say is the articles are linearly printed, that is there's no "continued on page 142".

Andrew, if you'd like to borrow a few copies, let me know. They can be informative but the year end industry directory is a waste for me.
