Eth Nat Yirg Idido roasted yesterday. I dropped some off at a friends coffee shop. In a few days he will brew it and tell me what he thinks. We believe my roasts are better than what we buy.

Exhibit #1:

Apparently its made from a "pasta" pot and among other bits. I can't figure out if someone is building these commercially or its just a hobby? The chaff cyclone made from what looks like two buckets (?) is just nuts!!

I love the glass front. I wonder how they keep it from steaming up during the early phase of roasting? But releasing 4 Pony clamps to dump the beans must be a pain...
