I love these bags, BUT...

Other than being black (can't write on them with a Sharpie) these bags have been perfect:

You can seal them or just use them as a zipper bag without sealing. They open wider than the side zipper bags. I have come to loathe side zipper bags. The degassing valve actually works (you can pull a vacuum in them if you are not degassing coffee beans). The "small" 8 ounce bags will easily hold 8 ounces with the bottom still folded flat. With it opened up, they will hold a LOT more.

Here's the BUT...

But I can only find them in this 15 bag set with 5 small, 5 medium, and 5 large. I'd like to buy just the small bags in quantity, but can't find any like that. And if they came in white that would be great, but I have plenty of white labels that work.
