Mill City great info

Mill City has some great info on YouTube. They also sell some nice thermocouples with a compression fitting. Also have some good books and they sell seasoning beans for seasoning a roaster.

They give out great info and don't act like it's some huge secret.

No, not an ad. Just info I have found on my own if folks need more information on roasting or a few accessory items.
